Schedule a consultation.
Review our therapist page to find a therapist who’s right for you. Use their scheduling link to book your consultation.
Once your consultation is scheduled, you will receive your therapist’s intake paperwork. This is your opportunity to review information about your potential therapist, practice policies, and fill out a few questions about yourself.
At the consultation, you’ll have time to share a bit about yourself and what you are looking for.

Schedule your first appointment.
If it feels like a good fit, you and your new therapist will schedule your next session. You and your therapist will decide on how often to meet and where (telehealth or in-person).

Set up your client portal.
At the end of your consultation, your new therapist will invite you to your client portal. This is where you can access your therapist’s calendar, video link for telehealth appointments, and messaging center to direct message your therapist.
You will also put your payment information on file to set up automatic payments for sessions.
